Due to the nature of the service and logistical limitations within Cuba, cancellations are not accepted once the order has been confirmed and payment has been processed.
If the product cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to our company (e.g., out-of-stock item, inaccessible delivery location), an equivalent solution will be offered or a corresponding refund will be issued.
